Tustin School District - 3rd grade

About:

Reaching out to the Tustin community and schools to help them better understand and appreciate our
rich and colorful history.

Programs:
1. Arv and JoAnn Bollesen Art Contest - Historic Old Town Tustin theme (Tustin community 3rd grades)

2. School Tours of the Museum - Tustin Unified School District's 3rd grade students

3. “History in A Box” program - For the over 100 3rd grade classes in the Tustin Unified School District

4. Mobile Museum program - Teaches school children about Tustin area history. Funded by the Society and run thanks to caring volunteers, the program reaches all of the 3rd grade students in the Tustin Unified School District with an innovative "living history" approach to our local history. Rather than just read about it, the Mobile Museum program lets the students experience our history.
